Crossdressers are rebels. Flailing against the norms of society. In time , many flame out. Fall back into the pack to fit into hospital scenes and retirement homes. But for here and now , we do our thing. Enjoying the world of femininity.
As this is my birthday today…yes I am an ancient creature dating back to june5th, 1944. For the youngsters out there…that was tge day before the allies landed in Normandy on d day….June 6, 1944. I always claimed they postpone the original landing on the 5th in respect to my mother giving birth to me. Ahah ha. Well , I ain’t done just jet. This rebel has but an egg into my personal video. It plays for me not sure it will for you. But then everything we do as crossdressers is to please number one. Today I’m happy. Number 82 and still a quiet rebel.

End of summer 2026. It seems xpressions pays no mind to the changing seasons. It will simply party on. New places come on line and old haunts are pushed aside. It ain’t what it use to be. There use to be a place for more spouses. I miss that. As Bob dylan sings…. things have changed.
Not sure, but I dont think I fit in here anymore. still way more fem than male. I do peek in from time to time. More of a fly on the wall. Party on.
One last comment. It about Tracy’s in hamilton. A very popular place with xpresaions. More of a complete club house than any other venue the club frequents. As for the pub grub, well, I found it way too salty to eat. That the management using that old bar ploy to heavily salt food to encourage the sale of more beer. Ahah ha. I dont drink, and my doctor long ago said beware of salt. But party on. Not a place for my companion and me.
As an addendum of sorts to my earlier post, I would be remiss, if I didn’t say a few words of the site chosen by the group dinner. That being “the black bull” pub in burlington.
Our primary server was a very kind and cheerful woman. Run off her feet , in this understaffed but bustling and fun filled place.
As my conversation unfolded, there is a point , that I dont think was noticed by anyone else. She said her birthday was on the 13th. I believe she shares 13 as her lucky numbrt with the famous singer Taylor Swift…but that is a different story for another time and place.
My point of this writing is merely to point out the fact, that there were 13 members present there. All wearing ready smiles and eager to see and meet . It was an occasion that filled that large dining room table to overflowing with acceptance. To a person they were so glad to be there. It was worth hanging on an extra hour to share the apple crisp pie and ice cream with a close member. The frazzled server …well we were her lucky 13. In truth we were the lucky ones to have such a lovely person take care of us . That is my one thought on the pub called “the black bull”.
13 was the magical number. Ahah ha
Three month update. Since signing up i have been there to witness the group breaking new ground in public with dinners at The Black Bull pub, Scaddabush, and well as Betty’s. Add to that first time crashing into angel Inn pub and more interestingly le Castille fine restaurant and bar.
The last few days the government wants to know all about us. Yes its census reporting time. Myself , I intend to list brenda-an chiu as living in my house with me. She had very limited income. Depending on me for just about full support. Her clothes sure ain’t cheap ! But then she doesn’t eat very much. She belongs on this government census report. Ahah ha
The end of May 2026. The site has made a quantum leap forward. It has never looked this good. A warm thank you to all those that worked behind the scenes to develop such a wonderful site. We don’t deserve to be treated so well. Personally I added a short video from old what his name. He dropped by the mansion and sang a few bars. Personal stuff, that I never post elsewhere. Just for club members only. Not to be released elsewhere. This ihas been a wonderful month of events for me. My time on the site has been quite an eye opener, to see new spirit and life to this old xpressions club like never before.
March 28th i rejoined xpression group, thanks to Amy. I like to this it was a part of the federal governments initiative called 25LGBTQI+ of March 31, 2025 where in, Canada formally joined to support a more just & equitable society for both this current but for future generations. Naturally our slant is in promoting freedom of expression…that being the right to crossdress.
However it goes much deeper. It includes fair wages for all genders, and just treatment under the laws of the land.

A side note, is the current political uproar about china’s forced labour bring used to built those electric cars coming into canada. A turn coat politician named Michael ma , supported the Chinese position in a government committee by criticizing a well respected expert. In theory canada is against slavery, yet allows it to exist …

So March 31st is upon us. I have signed up in support of transgender rights.
I would be remiss if I didn’t mention, the trans teenager suicide as well as suicide via “Maid” of trans adults. We at xpression have had our share of loss over the years.
I am here…..you are here. March 31st canada’s day of action. Transgender and all genders, should stand for a just & equitable society….not just today but future generations as well. Its the law of the land in canada.
These rights should not be allowed to be eroded.
I am not a political person, but, I am new here. In the past I was condemned for some obscure reasons and shunned.
Hopefully this support of the community will be allowed. I know discrimmination.
I have to believe there is a future for me ….and you all…
